Solaya is a private collection of 234 beachfront residences on Jumeirah’s coastline, developed by Meraas in collaboration with Brookfield Properties. Foster + Partners designed the architecture and 1508 London the interiors. The project comprises nine beachfront buildings, set beside J1 Beach and within easy reach of Downtown Dubai.

The Classic Residences offer two to five bedrooms, ranging from 1,900 to 7,600 sq. ft. The homes have open-plan layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows, with living rooms positioned to make the most of the sea views. Interiors feature stone flooring, marble details and timber joinery. Residences of three bedrooms and above include both a show kitchen and a prep kitchen. The five-bedroom homes on the penultimate floor have triple-aspect views.

The Signature Residences include three-bedroom Garden Residences on the ground floor. Each has a private pool and a courtyard garden of over 3,000 sq. ft. overlooking the sea. There are also four-bedroom duplexes of over 5,000 sq. ft. Each building has a single penthouse level, with a 4-metre floor-to-floor height, a private lift and lobby, 360-degree views and terraces with private pools.

Every residence will open from a direct lift into a private lobby, with separate service lifts for added discretion.

Residents will have direct beach access within a gated setting. Indoor amenities include a spa with a sauna and treatment rooms, a gym and fitness studio, a cinema, a residents’ lounge and meeting rooms. Outdoor spaces include a beach pool, a sunset pool, a kids’ pool and play area, a yoga deck and a central Beach Park. Services include 24/7 security, valet parking, a concierge and a range of à la carte home services.

Solaya is offered on a 20/40/40 payment plan, with handover scheduled for Q2 2030.
