Mr. C Residences Downtown is a 71-storey residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Dubai. It is developed by ALTA Real Estate Development in partnership with Mr. C, the hospitality and residential brand founded by brothers Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani. It is the second Mr. C residential project in Dubai, following Mr. C Residences Jumeirah.

The tower is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by 1508 London. Residences are offered across two collections.

The Signature Collection comprises two- and three-bedroom homes with 3-metre ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. They look out across Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf. Two-bedroom residences range from 2,225 to 2,415 sq ft in total area, and three-bedroom residences from 3,015 to 3,211 sq ft. All include a private terrace.

The Nobile Collection is a limited release of 22 four-bedroom residences on the top floors, from 5,278 to 5,332 sq ft. These homes are finished with Calacatta marble, Gaggenau appliances, custom chandeliers and Loro Piana fabrics.

Both collections feature bespoke Italian kitchens with concertina doors opening to the dining and great rooms. Principal suites include en-suite bathrooms with custom Italian vanities, bathtubs and shower enclosures. Three- and four-bedroom layouts include a maid's room.
