Abu Dhabi Mira Hills is a pre-launch master-planned community by Mira Developments, developed in collaboration with AD Ports Group. It is located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and the developer indicates a drive of around 25 minutes to Abu Dhabi and 20 minutes to Dubai.

The site carries national significance. It is where Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum met in 1968, in discussions that helped lay the foundations for the formation of the UAE in 1971. A planned Museum of the UAE will mark the location.

The master plan includes villas and townhouses, residential apartments, and educational and sports facilities. Water and green space shape the layout. Plans include a network of lagoons with 5 km of sea-water lagoons, eight private beaches, Central Park and an 18-hole championship golf course with clubhouse.

The planned amenities go beyond housing. They include a landmark mall with indoor skiing, three five-star hotels with branded residences, a 200-bed hospital, an innovation cluster with schools and early learning, and a Real Estate Business Centre. A car-free upper level, 40 km of walking trails, 21 km of cycling paths and 24-hour security also form part of the plan.

As the project is at pre-launch stage, pricing, unit sizes, the payment plan and the handover date have not yet been released.
