Skyvue Altier is a residential tower within the Skyvue collection at Sobha Hartland II, the eight million square foot waterfront master community developed by Sobha Realty in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai.

The building is planned on a triangular footprint with a stepped zig-zag facade. This is a practical decision rather than a decorative one. The geometry draws daylight deeper into each home and gives selected apartments two aspects instead of one, looking towards the Downtown Dubai skyline on one side and the protected Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary on the other.

Homes are arranged as one and two bedroom apartments across the Luxe and Premium ranges, occupying levels 10 to 77. One bedroom layouts run from 551 to 826 square feet including balcony, and two bedroom layouts from 839 to 1,595 square feet. Larger plans add a powder room, a store or a study, and several include generous wraparound terraces.

Facilities are shared across four towers and include an infinity pool, a children's pool and jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor gyms, a yoga and meditation area, sauna and steam rooms, and a walking and jogging loop. Indoor provision covers a private cinema, a library, music and art rooms and dedicated play space for younger children, with an open amphitheatre, picnic lawn and barbecue areas outside.

The wider community is built around lagoons and landscaped open space, with a mall, offices, an international school and a clubhouse within the master plan. Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is around five minutes away by road, with Downtown Dubai and Business Bay at ten to twelve minutes and Dubai International Airport at twelve.

Sobha Realty controls design, engineering, material sourcing and construction in house through its backward integration model, which is one of the reasons the developer's build quality is consistently well regarded in the Dubai market.
