Omniyat

Founded in 2005 as part of Omniyat Holdings, Omniyat is known as one of the most innovative development companies in the UAE. Although they had a roughs start as the result of the global financial crisis in that period, Omniyat did not give up. Headed by CEO Mr. Mahdi Amjad, Omniyat cooperates only with the world’s most respected architects, contractors, and consultants to develop first-class real-estate. Currently, about 500 people are employed by Omniyat. Starting out with the development of just one single tower, nowadays the company has realized AED 15 billion worth of real estate and currently has another AED 6 billion under development. Some famous projects in the portfolio of Omniyat are “The Pad”, “The Bayswater” and “The Square”.
